Many calendars are not very interesting to look at, but this calendar is an exception. If you’d like a great piece of work in your home, the VPD has released their annual canine calendar.
You can buy these calendars on Friday from the canines and their handlers on the corner of Granville and Georgia streets. If you are not available on that date you can also buy them at the VPD store, the BC Cancer Foundation, Westcoast Veterinary Dental, BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Vancouver Police Museum, Tisol pet store locations and online through the Vancouver Police Foundation.
They are $15 each with the proceeds going towards the B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation and the B.C. Cancer Foundation. The calendars have raised $200,000 for charity since being created in 2010 by retired VPD Sgt. Mike Anfield who started everything in honour of his late wife Candy, a VPD officer who Suffered from breast cancer.
Make sure to grab yours for only $15 and make sure to grab one for your friends and workmates!
